JewelBharat is a digital-first trade media platform and online publication operated and published by Kashyap Infomedia Private Limited.

Important Payment Information

JewelBharat does not collect payments directly through this website.

All payments made for media services, advertising, or subscriptions provided under the JewelBharat brand are received and processed by Kashyap Infomedia Private Limited, the legal entity operating and publishing JewelBharat.

Whether you pay via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, Cheque, or Bank Transfer, your payment constitutes a legally binding commercial contract with Kashyap Infomedia Private Limited. By settling an invoice or transferring funds, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

1. No Refund Policy

General Rule: All payments made to Kashyap Infomedia Private Limited (for JewelBharat services) are non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed—whether for advertising placements, sponsored content, subscriptions, digital editions, event-related services, or any other paid service—it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded, either in full or in part.

2. Reason for No Refund

As a digital trade publication, our services involve:

  • Immediate Resource Allocation: Editorial and design resources are assigned immediately upon booking.
  • Slot-Based Inventory: Advertising slots are limited. Booking a slot prevents others from purchasing it.
  • Digital Consumption: Digital subscriptions are consumed instantly upon access and cannot be “returned.”

3. Advertisements & Sponsored Content

Payments made for advertising placements, sponsored articles, press release distribution, or promotional visibility are strictly non-refundable.

This applies even in cases where:

  • Campaigns are paused or discontinued by the advertiser.
  • Marketing priorities or business circumstances of the advertiser change.

4. Advertiser Responsibility & Expiry of Services

Strict Timeline: Advertisers are responsible for providing creative materials (banners, logos, text) on time.

If an advertiser fails to provide the necessary materials or approval to go live within 90 days (or the specifically agreed campaign period) of making the payment:

  • The service will be deemed “Abandoned.”
  • The payment shall be treated as lapsed and non-refundable.
  • JewelBharat (Kashyap Infomedia Pvt Ltd) shall have no further obligation to deliver the service or refund the amount.

5. Subscriptions & Digital Editions

Payments for digital magazine editions, subscriptions, and archive access are non-refundable, irrespective of usage or non-usage by the subscriber.

6. Operational Failures & Remedy (No Cash Refund)

In the unlikely event that JewelBharat fails to deliver a confirmed service (e.g., a scheduled ad is not published due to a technical server crash), our liability is strictly limited to Rescheduling or Service Credit.

  • Remedy: We will reschedule the placement or provide equivalent value visibility in a future edition.
  • No Cash Refund: Operational errors do not entitle the advertiser to a monetary refund.

7. Exception: Technical Duplicate Payments

The only scenario where a monetary refund is processed is in the case of a Technical Duplicate Payment (where the user accidentally transfers the invoice amount twice).

In such cases:

  • The duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source.
  • For International (USD/Foreign Currency) Transactions: The refund will be processed based on the INR value received. We are not responsible for any loss due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or bank processing charges deducted by the user’s bank.

8. Disputes

Any payment disputes must be raised directly with our accounts team. Unauthorised chargebacks or legal disputes initiated without prior written communication may result in immediate suspension of services and permanent restriction of future access.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment to Kashyap Infomedia Private Limited for JewelBharat services, users and advertisers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
