Celebrating the Next Generation of Jewellery Leaders at IIJS Premiere 2025

India’s Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) proudly recognized 40 of the most promising young professionals under the age of 40 through its prestigious ‘Forty Under 40’ initiative at the IIJS Premiere 2025.
This forward-looking recognition celebrates the dynamic new wave of leadership that is driving the future of India’s gem and jewellery industry — with a bold, fresh vision rooted in innovation, sustainability, and global thinking.
“The Forty Under 40 initiative is our way of recognizing the future of India’s jewellery trade,” said Mr. Kirit Bhansali, Chairman, GJEPC.
“These young leaders are not only shaping their own enterprises but are also inspiring transformation across the entire ecosystem.”
💡 A Visionary Initiative
Launched to promote Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) and foster entrepreneurship, the Forty Under 40 honours rising stars from across the value chain — including manufacturing, design, retail, technology, and exports.
This initiative stands as a testament to the evolving mindset of the Indian gem and jewellery sector — one that embraces change, values fresh ideas, and empowers youth-led growth.
The honourees exemplify vision and agility, leveraging digital tools, design thinking, and global insights to lead their businesses into a new era.
