The Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS), one of India’s most prestigious gem and jewellery exhibitions, has entered a new phase of leadership with the unanimous election of Rajiv Jain as Chairman of the Jaipur Jewellery Show Organising Committee.

Rajiv Jain succeeds Vimal Chand Surana, who has guided Jaipur Jewellery Show for the past 19 years, playing a pivotal role in transforming it into one of the country’s most respected B2B gem and jewellery exhibitions. In recognition of his outstanding contribution and long-standing leadership, the Organising Committee has unanimously appointed Surana as the Patron of Jaipur Jewellery Show.

The leadership transition marks an important milestone for JJS as the exhibition continues to strengthen its position as a leading platform connecting jewellers, manufacturers, exporters, designers, retailers and buyers from across India and overseas.

Rajiv Jain brings decades of leadership experience to his new role. He has previously served as Chairman of the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Rajasthan, Founder Chairman of the Museum of Gems & Jewellery, Jaipur, and Past Chairman of the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ), Jaipur. His extensive contribution to the industry is expected to further strengthen the strategic direction and future growth of Jaipur Jewellery Show.

The Organising Committee also announced the new Executive Committee for Jaipur Jewellery Show. Dinesh Khatoria has been appointed Vice Chairman, Kamal Kothari as Secretary, Ajay Kala and Ashok Singhi as Joint Secretaries, and Dr. Nawal Agrawal as Treasurer.

Members of the Organising Committee extended their heartfelt congratulations to Rajiv Jain on his unanimous election and expressed confidence that, under his leadership, Jaipur Jewellery Show will continue to achieve new milestones while further strengthening its reputation as one of India’s premier gem and jewellery exhibitions.

The Committee also reaffirmed its commitment to working collectively with all Committee Members and Sub-Committee Members to carry forward the vision and legacy of Jaipur Jewellery Show while continuing to support the growth of India’s gem and jewellery industry.
